Three luxurious ballrooms accomodate events of almost any size and purpose. From the regions most elegant weddings and receptions to corporate event seminars or private socials, Arden Hills provides the finest in cuisine, décor and service.
Husband and I eloped when we were 18 and never had a traditional wedding. For our 25th wedding anniversary, we had a full ceremony and reception at Arden Hills. Their staff was fantastic! They took care of every detail perfectly. The venue and reception room were gorgeous. A friend who attended our event was so impressed, she is having her wedding there.
This place is beautiful, there is no doubt about it. However, their staff is horrendous. They only care about the almighty dollar. They have no heart and do not care that this is the most special day of your life. I would only recommend them for their beauty, but you better be willing to pay a high price for that.
This venue is overrated. I didn't even bother with it in my wedding planning process. When my sister got married two years ago I accompanied her to the club for a consultation and felt as though they were very vague. For example, at the time, they required her to work with a particular florist, however you couldn't talk with the florist or see her work at the time of the consultation, only after you had secured your date with them. Honestly, they are over priced for the service that they provide.
Arden Hills is pretty, but if you would like to have feedback at all in the planning process prior to the 3 month mandatory consultant meeting, this isn't the place to have your event. Once you have booked the room with sales, it is extremely difficult to get phone calls or emails returned until 3 months before the actual event is to take place. They take care of the food/cake/bar services which was a draw for us, but it was disappointing when we went to the "tasting." They do a huge and informal group tasting of *some of the food choices and *some of the cake choices. We also found out that if you are getting married on a Saturday, the rehearsals are ONLY held on Thursdays. There isn't a large hotel near it for guests and if you want a rehearsal dinner close, the options are limited. It is a nice site that seems to be run kind of poorly.
