Annabelle's is amazing! I live in Washington, DC and everytime I come visit I simply have to stop in and get my chocolate fix. I also buy online and that is easy too, but nothing beats being able to hang out in her quaint shop, talk to her friendly staff and eat as much chocolate as I can!!!
