The retail section offers a variety of wines, beers, food and gift items including Riedel stemware. They can special order that hard to locate wine you’ve been searching for or assist you with your wine selections for that special gift or occasion.
Angels’ Share offers a unique wine bar section where you can enjoy a taste or glass of wine or beer--served in Riedel glasses--while indulging in gourmet pizza imported from Italy or selected appetizers.
Theme wine tastings are held weekly on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays for the wine lover or join the beer club and work your way through 180-plus import beers. A friendly environment, with exceptional personal service,

Chuck and Laura are a breath of fresh air for the Modesto Wine scene. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and genorous with their time (and their wine!). One of the best selections for local wines I have come accross in the valley.

Angles' Share is so much more than just a wine shop. It has become a social gathering spot for wine & beer lovers in Modesto. We go there for the great company and the fantastic people we meet. The atmosphere is perfect for getting together with friends for drinks, to decompress and have some conversations. Friendly folks gather and talk about intelligent things…no lame bar banter. This does not mean there is no fun; it can be a real hoot as well.

If you like wine this is the shop you have got to try. Laura and Chuck (the owners) hold wine 101 classes. They have instruction for those of us who are less knowledgeable, and ones for those in the know. I have learned so much from the classes. They don't talk down to you and are not snobby about it at all. They care and really want you to learn about wine because it is their passion. You can tell especially when Chuck starts talking about it he really lights up and is very passionate about what he is saying.

My husband and I just stopped in for the first time tonight and what a lovely little place. Really great food and nice people. You couldn't ask for a better place to spend a night out with friends.

What a great place, you really got to see it to believe what they have done with a little wine shop in Modesto. Tall tasting bar with high stools, imported Italian pizzas, meat, cheese and cracker plates, hot hors d'oeuvres. Staff is very nice and knowledgeable.

Chuck and Laura the owners are great! They are really knowledgeable about wine and beer. They went out of their way to make us feel like we were important. We were new in town and found them on yelp.com and what a find! They carry everything that we were looking for and their prices were really nice. Cakebread, Duckhorn, Silver Oak and more. I was not expecting a full service wine bar and was pleasantly surprised to find that they are. They do food that pairs excellently with the wines they serve on their wine bar.

Fantastic customer service. They really know what they are talking about. They can recommend a wine or beer for any occasion. I loved their unique wine bar. You can get any wine opened in their shop and have a taste or a glass. Their prices are great for this type venue. They have a beer club where you can get your name on a plaque on the wall for completing 100 beers.

What a wonderful place ! Not only are the wine and beer selections great, but the owners and staff are as well. It is the perfect place to sample wine and beer, and they also host private events.If you come in a stranger, I guarantee you will leave as a friend.

This staff was great. My girlfriends took me here to celebrate my birthday and the staff ran out to the grocery store to pick me up a dessert to celebrate. They were very friendly and lots of fun.

What's not to like? The selections of wines and beers: over the top! Friendly staff in a friendly environment. Great place to hook up with friends or a casual business meeting. Shop, sip, shop....
