All Star Gymnastics & Cheer is El Dorado County's Premier Gymnastics and Cheer facility. Our gym is over 10,000 square feet, with over 4300 square feet of Palmer Elite Spring Floors©. We are a USA Gymnastics Member Club, as well as a USASF Member Club. Our coaches have trained with the highest level instructors from all over the United States. There is always staff on site that is trained in CPR and First Aid for adult, children and infants.
This place is the best for cheerleading gymnastics and birthday parties and not only that but it's perfect for boys and girls and being a parent of both we really just fell in love with all they have to offer and they treat you like family!

It is so great to walk into this gym and see kids of all ages getting lots of great exercise and having such a great time. They have won many awards for good sportsmanship too, which is a very wonderful thing they can carry into their future.

Amazing facility. All 3 of my daughters have done gymnastics there and 1 is a member of their cheer family for the past 7 years. Great coaches and owners!
