At the end of last year About A Dog took care of our three indoor-only cats when we were out of town for almost three weeks. We came home hoping our fickle felines weren't too upset with us for being gone for so long, and found they couldn't have cared less! In essence Amy became us, stepping into our shoes and performing exactly as our cats had trained us. We couldn't be more pleased with About A Dog, and encourage anyone with pets to use their service. They're the best!

Maybel and Rosie totally loved Amy as soon as they met her. I've never seen them take to anyone so well. It was really nice to know they were loved and cared for while I was gone. Thanks again.

About A Dog (Amy and Angie) have been wonderful sitters to our two large pups! They have been easily able to taylor their services to meet any special animal or travel needs we may have. Our pups LOVE it when they come 'visit' and you can easily tell by how much happier they are. We always look forward to the daily visit log to see what the pups have been up to. Reading it always puts a smile on our faces. :) We wouldn't trust our pups to anyone else!!

I LOVE About a Dog! And more importantly, my DOGS love these ladies! I love the attention they give my babies and I never worry when they are in Amy and Angie's care.

Angie and Amy are the best. We have a high energy German Shepherd. From the very first time Angie stayed with our dog, she ate all her food every meal and had no problems with our weekend absence. They also leave great notes to let you know how your dog did. They're very open to following our training, commands, tools, etc., to make sure our dog does well in our absence.

amy and angie treat river like he was a little human boy...hes always so excited to see them and they make my life so much easier knowing they are watcing over my baby . it also helps that they both have alot of energy and the best personalitys ! 2 words they rock !!!! love river

Amy and Angie have been God sends for me. I work long hours and travel often, and they are always ready and willing to help out however they can. Super dependable and reliable. It wasn't long before I had zero reservation about trusting them with my baby girl, which is the thing most precious to me. My little monster is a special needs dog and Amy and Angie do an excellent job taking very good care of her -- she loves them. I coudn't be happier with them and would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Amy & Angie are both trustworthy, professional, and super nice. Our dog adores them! We have especially appreciated their willingness to work with us. Adopting and training an older (not well trained dog) takes consistency. Both of them have striven to match our commands and ensure a successful training program.
We now have a happy, pretty well trained dog!

They truly care about animals and people. The owners are a unique balance of caretaking and responsibility. They are one of the best petsitters I have ever used. And I have entrusted my pets to many petsitters.
