Their bao (barbecue pork bun) tastes exactly like the ones I had when I went to Hong Kong. Prices are good, appetizers are great, and it's authentic. It's not too Americanized.

We just discovered this restaurant a few months ago and it is amazing! The food rivals Fats in every way. It has more authentic cuisine than most Chinese restaurants but they also cater to American tastes. Our favorites are the Tai Chin Spicy Chicken and Lotus Root and Lily Flower. The food is very fresh and the taste is outstanding. The people there treat you like family too. What a find! We eat in and also have food delivered to our home here in Rancho. An absolute gem of a restaurant. Mike W.

Once I found them (not exactly on the beaten track), I don't go anywhere else. The seafood is extraordinary and the usual Chinese is really very well executed

The food has excellent flavor. Ingredients taste fresh. I have enjoyed everything I've tried. My favorites are the potstickers and shrimp and broccoli.

I like authentic dishes that appear on their menu. Too many Chinese restaurants serve just American-Chinese food to stay in business. HoiCin shows that it is possible to serve both American-Chinese and authentic Chinese food.

We were looking for a new Chinese Restaurant since ours had closed down. And we are pretty picky, but one taste of Hoicin, and we knew this was our new place. The food is always delivered promptly, is always hot upon delivery, and so delicious it makes my mouth water.
