24 Hour Fitness has a total of 16 clubs in the greater Sacramento area as well as 2 clubs in Reno, Nevada. We now have over 420 clubs Nationwide. Our clubs offers free group classes, state of the art cardio equipment, free weights, selectorized equipment, indoor swimming pools, saunas, steam rooms, full size basketball courts, interactive kid's clubs with CPR certified attendants, an online nutrition program with numerous support and informative tools.

In addition to all of the nice amenities, we have Nationally Certified Trainers that will train and educate you on how to best achieve your personal fitness goals.
Folsom and Florin offer basketball skills training workouts taught by former Sacramento Monarchs player Danielle Viglione and her team Sam Luong, Aaron Lawrence, and Aaron Perry.

I use the 24 Hour Fitness at Arden and Fair Oaks. Great staff, Desiree is such an upbeat manager and Tiffany is a fantastic personal trainer.

Choose 24 hour fitness for your total fitness experience! Very kind, courteous, and helpful staff. Clean facilities that offer a pleasant environment to strive for health and strength!
